- Use the video inspection request on a vehicle page when available, or send an enquiry. A request is pending until a team member confirms it.
- What should an inspection cover?
- Agree identification, condition, mileage evidence, damage history and functional checks for the exact vehicle. Scope and report availability must be confirmed.
- How should EV specifications be compared?
- Confirm battery capacity, range test cycle, charging port, charging limits and intended operating conditions. Different range cycles are not interchangeable.
- Can I download full VINs and reports?
- Full VINs and original reports are not public. Ask sales about authorised, time-limited access to documents that are available for the project.
